In her practice, Tonya employs a comprehensive approach, integrating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Schema Theory, and, when appropriate, Internal Family Systems treatment modalities. She also brings expertise in hypnosis, a technique she has successfully applied for the past decade.

Tonya’s counseling style is person-centered, ensuring a tailored and empathetic approach that respects individual pacing. Serving as a knowledgeable facilitator, she sees herself as a guide for her clients on their journey of personal growth and healing.
