Her professional experience includes crisis intervention, grief and bereavement support, couples therapy, and family services.
Yary integrates a variety of evidence-based practices with a multicultural approach to meet the unique needs of each client. Her therapeutic philosophy emphasizes treating the whole person—mind, body, and soul/spirit— recognizing that true healing requires addressing all aspects of one's life. Rooted in empathy and a commitment to compassionate care, Yary employs a person-centered approach while cultivating strong therapeutic relationships. Her mission is to instill hope, create safe and empowering spaces, and support individuals in healing from trauma and substance use challenges, rediscovering resilience, reclaiming self-worth, and achieving lasting recovery.
