Felicia earned her bachelor's degree in Psychology with a minor in Sociology from Winthrop University in 2008. From the very beginning of her career, she's been driven by a passion for helping others heal, grow, and regain hope. She began as a Residential Counselor at New Hope in Rock Hill, South Carolina, supporting at‑risk youth and empowering them to make positive changes in their lives. Felicia then continued her work in service to others through the Department of Social Services, where she advocated for and protected vulnerable adults facing difficult circumstances.

Felicia's journey led her to specialize in addiction and recovery, working as a Clinical Counselor on the addiction treatment unit at Wateree Correctional Institution and later as a Clinical Detox Therapist at Waypoint Recovery Center. In each role, she has brought compassion, understanding, and evidence‑based care to those taking their first steps toward recovery. As a Certified Anger Management Therapist, Felicia remains committed to helping individuals build self‑awareness, resilience, and healthier emotional balance in their daily lives.
