Carlton serves as the Director of Outpatient Services and is working towards LPC licensure in the state of Alaska, as well as LMHC licensure in the state of Massachusetts. He completed a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology in 2017, as well as Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling in 2021 from Cambridge College in Boston, MA.

Clinically, he has a passion for residential treatment program development, family and couple’s counseling, as well as psychotic disorders and substance use. He has worked in Boston, MA over the past decade throughout the community-based mental health system. Core to his therapeutic approach is the belief that human-to-human connection is key to insight, change, growth and recovery.
