Chad Nutter has served as Peer Support Manager since March 2024, bringing both personal insight and professional experience to his work addressing substance use disorder. He is a 2010 graduate of Cape Cod Community College, where he earned a degree in Information Technology, and he also holds a Peer Support Associate certification in Alaska. His educational background reflects strong troubleshooting skills, professionalism, and a commitment to compassionate, client-centered care. Chad joined the agency in 2024 as a Peer Support Specialist in the Substance Use Recovery Program, motivated by a desire to support the organization’s mission and serve the community. In his current role, he works closely with the Clinical Director, supports day-to-day operations at the inpatient Recovery Center, and provides direct services to clients in both individual and group settings. In addition to his professional responsibilities, Chad is committed to supporting the overall wellness of the Seward community. Through his work, he strives to help individuals move beyond substance use, strengthen independence, and build meaningful pathways to recovery. He aims to model integrity, compassion, and service in a way that benefits both the organization and the broader community.
