Born in Yale, Connecticut, and raised in Cheshire, Peter N. Flight is a dedicated professional in the geriatric care and healthcare administration fields. A former student-athlete, he earned his undergraduate degree in Gerontology and Sociology from Quinnipiac University. Following college, Peter gained experience in technical recruitment, working as a headhunter in Honolulu and Colorado Springs. He later returned to New England to focus on geriatric care, serving as both Admissions Director and Administrator, where he combined leadership with a commitment to improving patient outcomes.

Driven by a passion for helping others, particularly in the areas of alcoholism and substance abuse, Peter relocated to Alaska and joined Seaview, drawn both by the lifestyle change and his love of fishing. He is a devoted father to two daughters, Katherine (Southern Connecticut State University) and Elizabeth (University of Delaware), and is committed to fostering meaningful impact in the communities he serves.
