Kellie Fonkert, LPN, is a dedicated healthcare professional with extensive experience across various healthcare settings, with a particular focus on mental health. Raised in Minnesota as one of nine siblings, Kellie brings a deep understanding of the complexities of human relationships to her work. She is a passionate advocate for reducing the stigma surrounding mental health and ensuring that individuals from all backgrounds and beliefs feel seen and heard.

During her career, Kellie has worked in adolescent behavioral health in a locked facility, specializing in treating patients with diagnoses such as Schizophrenia, ADHD, Autism, and Borderline Personality Disorder. She has also served as an advocate on an Equine Therapy ranch, where she provided support to children who had been exploited or trafficked, conducted trauma-informed groups, and facilitated community training sessions for schools, hospitals, law enforcement, and clinics.

In addition, Kellie has worked extensively with adults experiencing dual diagnoses, applying her compassionate approach to help them navigate their mental health challenges. A proud mother of two daughters and grandmother of two, Kellie remains committed to lifelong learning and making a meaningful impact in the mental health field.
