Therapeutic Foster Homes
Voluntary placement of youth in therapeutic foster homes to support a healthy and nurturing environment for youth to thrive and meet and their potential.
Services we provide:
- Clinical Support to families and youth
- Financial support to resource home
- Networking with other families
- Voluntary placement
- Case management services (based on assessments)
Family Support Services
Provide services to support them in providing a healthy and safe environment for children while connecting to resources in community.
Services we provide:
- Providing families with referrals to community resources
- Providing families with transportation to community resources
- Ages & Stages Questionnaires (monitoring children’s development 0-5) with appropriate referrals if necessary
- Parenting classes
- Supervised visitations
- Case management services (based on assessments)
What is the Cost?
Services provided within the Behavioral Health Program are provided on a sliding fee scale. Fees are based on ability to pay. Services are never denied due to in ability to pay. Third party billing is available for persons with insurance of Medicaid eligibility.
Education programs are free unless special speakers are brought in for a presentation.
