Welcome to Human Resources!

At SeaView Community Services, our mission to provide community based services to help strengthen individuals and families could not be accomplished without the hard work and dedication of our staff.

SeaView Community Services employs approximately 45 regular full-time employees and 5-10 temporary or part-time staff.

Our administrative staff, program directors, clinicians, and counselors work in our SeaView Plaza building near the waterfront. The balance of our staff work in the Seward community, including our group home, in clients' homes and within the Seward school system.

If you have the desire to help others and you want your work to ‘make a difference’, SeaView invites you to join our team!

  • We carefully match your skills and experience with the right position.
  • We offer training and opportunities for advancement.
