What is a Fee Agent?
The fee agent interviews clients for Public Assistance Services by reviewing applications, forwarding documentation by mail or fax and communicates by phone to the central office.
The fee agent also administers the FEMA program which provides emergency funds to pay for food, funds to avoid eviction, or disconnection of utilities.
